Rules & Disclosures

The policies and disclosures that govern this publication. Transparency about how we operate is as important as the transparency we evaluate.

01

Not Investment Advice

The Trading Integrity Awards is an editorial publication that evaluates the quality and accessibility of publicly available broker disclosure documentation. Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional recommendation.

Awards, ratings, and assessments published on this site reflect editorial opinions based on publicly accessible evidence. They should not be interpreted as endorsements of any financial product, service, or provider. Readers should conduct their own due diligence before making any financial decisions.

Past recognition does not predict future performance or transparency. A broker's award status may change between quarterly evaluations.

02

Not an Endorsement

Receiving an award from the Trading Integrity Awards does not constitute an endorsement of a broker's financial products, trading conditions, reliability, or suitability for any particular investor. Awards specifically recognise the quality of public disclosure and transparency, not the quality of the trading service itself.

The absence of an award does not imply that a broker is untrustworthy, poorly regulated, or unsuitable. It may simply indicate that the broker's publicly accessible documentation did not meet our specific evidence threshold at the time of review.

03

No Paid Placements

No broker, company, or individual can purchase, sponsor, or financially influence an award decision. There are no premium listings, featured placements, or sponsored categories. All assessment decisions are made independently by the editorial team based on publicly available evidence.

If any party offers payment in exchange for recognition or favourable coverage, the offer is declined. Repeated attempts are documented and may result in disclosure on the nominee's profile page.

04

No Voting Mechanism

The Trading Integrity Awards does not use any form of public or private voting to determine award recipients. There are no reader polls, industry panel votes, popular choice categories, or ballot-based selection processes.

All awards are determined through structured editorial review against published criteria. This approach eliminates the possibility of vote manipulation, ballot stuffing, or popularity-based distortion that affects many industry award programmes.

05

Affiliate & Commercial Disclosure

As of the current publication date, the Trading Integrity Awards does not participate in any affiliate programmes, referral arrangements, or revenue-sharing agreements with any nominee or broker.

This site does not contain affiliate links. No nominee page includes tracking links, referral codes, or monetised outbound links. All evidence links point directly to the nominee's official website without intermediary redirects.

Should this policy change in the future, this disclosure will be updated accordingly and the change will be logged in our changelog.

06

Awards May Be Withheld

The editorial team reserves the right to withhold an award in any category if no nominee meets the minimum evidence threshold. When an award is withheld, the decision is published with an explanation of why the threshold was not met.

We believe that the willingness to issue "No Award" in a category is essential to maintaining editorial credibility. An award that is always given is not an award — it is a participation badge.

07

Corrections Policy

If a nominee or any third party identifies a factual error in our assessment — such as an incorrect URL, a mischaracterisation of publicly available content, or a failure to identify a relevant public disclosure page — they may submit a correction request through our contact page.

Correction requests are reviewed within 14 business days. If the correction is accepted, the relevant content is updated, and the change is recorded in our public changelog with a description of what was corrected and why.

Disagreements about editorial judgement (e.g., whether a disclosure is "sufficiently specific") are not treated as factual corrections but may be considered during the next quarterly review cycle.

08

Data Accuracy & Limitations

All assessments are based on publicly accessible information as of the stated review date. Websites change, pages are removed, and disclosures are updated. We archive evidence via screenshots and Wayback Machine snapshots, but we cannot guarantee that every referenced URL remains available indefinitely.

We review nominee evidence on a quarterly basis. Changes to a broker's public disclosures between review periods will be captured in the next quarterly evaluation.
